Client objective
Technical inspection and reconstruction budget planning for a chalet in Rosa Khutor.
Scope of work
- Technical inspection of a 500 m² chalet in a resort area was conducted: assessment of the condition of structural elements, engineering systems, identification of defects.
- A reconstruction budget was developed based on the inspection results: scope and cost of required works were determined taking into account the specifics of the mountain resort location.
- Prioritization of reconstruction works was prepared taking into account the technical condition of the facility and the client's investment expectations.
Deliverables and outcome
The client received a substantiated and realistic reconstruction budget prior to the start of works. A basis for negotiations with contractors and making an investment decision regarding the facility in a resort area was provided.

The reconstruction budget is linked to the property’s actual condition and identified defects. This gives the client a basis for discussing required works with contractors before committing to reconstruction.
