Project context: Industrial business
Client objective
Development of a chemical company’s growth strategy and supporting financial model.
Scope of work
- A comprehensive diagnosis of the company's current status was conducted: analysis of key business areas, organizational structure, and strategic gaps.
- Strategic sessions were organized and held with facilitation and methodological support: defining strategic goals, action programs, and a key performance indicator (KPI) system.
- A financial model for strategy implementation across three scenarios (pessimistic, realistic, high-risk) was developed.
- A final strategic document was prepared, logically interconnecting all sections.
Deliverables and outcome
A complete growth strategy for the 2027–2031 horizon was developed. A three-scenario financial model enabled stress-testing of the strategy and provided a clear range of projected financial outcomes under various conditions. A unified understanding of strategic priorities was achieved among all key stakeholders.
Value to the client
The strategy links business priorities with a programme of initiatives and their financial implications. Scenario and sensitivity analysis allow management to assess the range of potential outcomes under different assumptions.
