She specialises in improving operational efficiency: budget optimisation without compromising quality, maintaining projects’ internal rate of return, procurement management within general contracting projects, and full-cycle contractor and supplier contracting.

David is a partner and co-founder of TOP&Co with over 16 years of experience in consulting and investment-construction project management. He specialises in managing large investment programmes, improving construction project efficiency, controlling construction costs and timelines, and implementing modern management tools in the construction industry.  From 2016 to 2021, David served as Senior Manager and Head of the Construction Consulting Practice at PwC. He is also co-founder of Globecost — a technology platform for analysing and forecasting investment-construction project costs at early stages. David is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA programme at Hult International Business School. He graduated from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction.

Andrey is a partner and co-founder of TOP&Co with over 18 years of experience in investment-construction project management, cost engineering, and project preparation across various industries, including mining. He has held senior positions at AECOM, Mott MacDonald, and EuroChem.  Andrey specialises in developing implementation strategies and preparing investment projects at all stages. He participated directly in landmark projects including the Luzhniki Stadium reconstruction, Sheremetyevo Terminal B, and the Usolsky Potash Plant — with a combined budget exceeding USD 1 billion. He is an active RICS member, holds an MBA from Skolkovo, and is co-founder of Globecost.

Lidia leads the Construction Management division at TOP&Co and brings over 18 years of experience in construction project management. Before joining TOP&Co, she spent over 11 years at Mott MacDonald and later served as Project Manager at Mercury Tower. She graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).

Ekaterina leads the Operational Efficiency practice at TOP&Co with over 10 years in strategic and operational consulting, organisational transformation, and performance improvement. Prior to joining TOP&Co, she held leadership positions at VTB Bank, Sberbank, and the investment company FINAM.
